Multifarious Trading allots 1 lakh shares

Multifarious Trading & Agencies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2010, inter alia, has made allotment of 100,000 (One Lac) Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each at a premium of Rs. 90/- (Rupees Ninety Only) per share on preferential basis to the Kernel Tech Networks Pvt Ltd.
