Visagar Polytex to consider issue of 5.6 lakh warrants on Feb 11, 2010

Visagar Polytex Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 11, 2010, inter alia, to consider the issue of 5,60,000 Warrants Convertible into Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each at a premium of Rs. 119/- each to Promoter and Others on a Preferential Basis.

The Board will consider proposal to fix the Date and Venue of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to ratify resolutions passed in earlier Extra-Ordinary General Meeting.

The Board will also discuss about the present activities of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.109.50, up by Rs.0.45 or 0.41%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.111 and low of Rs.108.05.

The total traded quantity was 6328 compared to 2 week average of 29584.
