Resurgere Mines to allot 6500000 warrants

Resurgere Mines & Minerals India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2010, inter alia, has decided to allot 6500000 warrants into equal number of Equity Shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.88.50, up by Rs.0.45 or 0.51%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.91.35 and low of Rs.88.15.

The total traded quantity was 80525 compared to 2 week average of 125407.
