Glenmark Pharmaceuticals allots 59200 Shares

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held on January 29, 2010 allotted 59,200 shares to the employees of the Company on exercise of options granted to them pursuant to ESOS 2003.

The stock was trading at Rs.248.35, up by Rs.1.40 or 0.57%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.254 and low of Rs.244.50.

The total traded quantity was 67640 compared to 2 week average of 229279.
