Ushdev International approves issue of 18 lakh shares

Ushdev International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 27, 2010, inter alia, has approved the issue of 18,00,000 equity shares on preferential basis at a price of Rs. 306/- per equity shares (including a premium of Rs. 296/- per share) to Promoters.

The Board also approved alteration of object clause of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.301.75, up by Rs.0.40 or 0.13%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.304.60 and low of Rs.298.05.

The total traded quantity was 34732 compared to 2 week average of 54315.
