Cambridge Solutions allots 5000 Equity Shares

Cambridge Solutions Ltd has announced that the allotment committee in its meeting held on January 22, 2010 has allotted 5,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up under Cambridge Solutions Ltd - Employee Stock Option plan 2006 Programme II. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has gone up from 11,13,82,049 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 111,38,20,490 to 11,13,87,049 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 111,38,70,490.

The stock was trading at Rs.79, down by Rs.0.40 or 0.50%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.81.80 and low of Rs.78.10.
