Emkay Global allots 23250 Shares

Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Remuneration / Compensation Committee of the Board, at its meeting held on January 20, 2010, has allotted 23,250 equity shares of Rs. 10 each under ESOP-2005 and 2,800 equity shares of Rs. 10 each under ESOP-2007 to the eligible employees of the Company.

Therefore, the issued and Paid-up Equity Shares Capital of the Company has increased to 2,43,20,800 shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.70.80, down by Rs.3.70 or 4.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.75.60 and low of Rs.70.80.

The total traded quantity was 5342 compared to 2 week average of 4513.
