Sylph Technologies allots 380000 warrants

Sylph Technologies Ltd has announced that Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 25, 2010, inter alia, have allotted 3,80,000 (Three Lacs Eighty Thousand) Equity warrants on a preferential basis to the Promoters/ Promoter Group(s) of nominal value of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten Only) each at a price of Rs. 12.60 (Rupees Twelve and paisa Sixty Only) which includes a premium of Rs. 2.60 (Rupees Two and paisa Sixty Only) per share.
