UTV Software Board to consider interim dividend

UTV Software Communications Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 25, 2007, inter alia, to consider and discuss the following business:

1. To consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2006.

2. To consider Interim Dividend.

3. To fix Record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend, if declared.
