Engineers India to announce Q3 results on Jan 31, 2007

Engineers India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 (Q3).
The Board of Directors shall also consider the proposal to declare interim dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year 2006-2007. The Record date and the date of payment of Interim Dividend would be the February 06, 2007 and the February 08, 2007 respectively, if Board approves the payment of Interim Dividend.
