Shiva Fertilizers members approve merger of Parvati Fertilizers

Shiva Fertilizers Ltd has announced that the members at the Court convened Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on January 13, 2007, have approved the merger of Parvati Fertilizers Pvt Ltd, (Transferor Company) with the Company, the (Transferee Company). Each Shareholder of Parvati Fertilizers Pvt Ltd, would get 5 Equity Shares of the Company, for 4 Equity Shares of Parvati Fertilizers Pvt Ltd.
