Geodesic Information Board to consider interim dividend

Geodesic Information Systems Ltd has announced that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 22, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Take on record unaudited quarterly results for the third quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2006.

2. Consider conversion of warrants into equity shares issued pursuant to SEBI Guidelines to Mr Rakesh Mathur, Independent Director of the Company.

3. Consider payment of Interim Dividend for the year 2006-07.

4. Discuss and consider strategy / proposal for acquisition / merger of other companies.
