GL Hotels Ltd has announced that the Company has acquired 10,000 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each aggregating to Rs 1,00,000/- (100% Voting Power) of M/s. Kwality Resorts and Hospitality Pvt Ltd On transfer of 10,000 Equity shares in the name of the Company, M/s. Kwality Resorts and Hospitality Pvt Ltd has become wholly owned subsidiary Company of the Company.
