Gujarat Reclaim Board to consider interim dividend

Gujarat Reclaim & Rubber Products Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 23, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Take on record the unaudited provisional financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2006.

2. Declaration and payment of interim dividend.

3. Dematerialization of equity shares of the Company.
