Todays Writing forfeits warrants

Todays Writing Products Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 20,00,000 warrants on July 11, 2008. Now the Company has informed that, time period of 18 month has expired and option of the warrant holders to subscribe for one equity shares has lapsed. Therefore amount received on allotment is forfeited as per Clause 13.1.2.3(c) of the SEBI (Disclosure & Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.25.65, down by Rs.0.20 or 0.77%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.29 and low of Rs.25.50.

The total traded quantity was 85318 compared to 2 week average of 127616.
