Indiabulls Power allots 1444200 Equity Shares

Indiabulls Power Ltd has announced that upon exercise of stock options vested, in terms of Company's Employees Stock Option Scheme namely SPCL-IPSL Employee Stock Option Plan 2008 by eligible employees and receipt of full consideration therefor, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 06, 2010, has allotted an aggregate of 14,44,200 (Fourteen lac forty four thousand two hundred) Equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each to such employees.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 2021,29,65,460/- divided into 202,12,96,546 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.37.45, down by Rs.0.60 or 1.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.38.70 and low of Rs.37.30.

The total traded quantity was 2436839 compared to 2 week average of 2418914.
