Edelweiss Capital allots 5100 Equity Shares

Edelweiss Capital Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on January 05, 2010, has approved allotment of 5,100 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each.

Under Edelweiss Employee Stock Option Scheme 2004, 1500 Options were exercised (1 equity share allotted for 1 option exercised) and under Edelweiss Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006 3600 Options were exercised (1 equity share allotted for 1 option exercised).

The stock was trading at Rs.506, up by Rs.2.95 or 0.59%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.512 and low of Rs.502.

The total traded quantity was 8514 compared to 2 week average of 61460.
