Hotel Leelaventure repurchases $25 million worth FCCBs

Hotel Leelaventure Ltd has announced that the Company has repurchased and is in the process of extinguishing 250 units of the Bonds aggregating to the face value of US$ 25 Million.

Hotel Leelaventure Ltd repurchased Zero Coupon US$ Convertible Bonds - due 2012 worth US$ 25 Million (Face Value).

The stock closed the day at Rs.50.25, up by Rs.1.55 or 3.18%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.50.85 and low of Rs.48.95.

The total traded quantity was 824473 compared to 2 week average of 810318.
