Crew BOS to issue 20 lakh warrants

Crew BOS Products Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 04, 2010, has approved issue and allotment of 20,00,000 (Twenty Lacs) numbers of warrants convertible into equity shares on preferential basis to the promoters and other private investors as per SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.66.15, down by Rs.3.40 or 4.89%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.71.90 and low of Rs.64.90.

The total traded quantity was 447228 compared to 2 week average of 325282.
