Nissan Copper to consider overseas issue on Jan 09, 2010

Nissan Copper Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 09, 2010, inter alia, to consider issue of GDR / FCCB by the Company and if approved to constitute a Committee of Director for the various approvals required for the purpose.

The stock was trading at Rs.30.45, up by Rs.1.45 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.30.45 and low of Rs.28.90.

The total traded quantity was 11325 compared to 2 week average of 9381.
