Kalindee Rail to consider warrants issue on Dec 22, 2009

Kalindee Rail Nirman (Engineers) Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 22, 2009 for issuance of convertible warrants to promoter group.

The stock closed the day at Rs.164.95, down by Rs.4.20 or 2.48%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.170 and low of Rs.163.65.
