Veritas (India) EGM approves issue of 425000 warrants

Veritas (India) Ltd has announced that the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 14, 2009, have approved the issue of upto 425000 Convertible Warrants on Preferential basis by way of Special Resolution.

The stock closed the day at Rs.603.50, up by Rs.11.80 or 1.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.603.50 and low of Rs.603.50.
