Koffee Break Pictures converts 34925000 warrants

Koffee Break Pictures Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 12, 2009, has converted 3,49,25,000 Warrants into 3,49,25,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- (Rupee One only) each at a price of Rs. 2.10/- (Rupees Two and Ten Paisa only) each including premium of Rs. 1.10/- (Rupee One and Ten Paisa only) per share at cash.
