EPC Industrie allots 12 lakh Equity Shares on Preferential Basis

EPC Industrie Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Shareholders' Resolutions passed u/s 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 the Committee of the Board of Directors in the Meeting held on December 11, 2009, has allotted 12,00,000 (Twelve Lacs) Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 40/- each for cash in accordance with the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 to the investors and promoter group on preferential basis.

The said shares shall rank pari passu with the existing shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.51, up by Rs.0.30 or 0.59%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.53 and low of Rs.49.

The total traded quantity was 7059 compared to 2 week average of 1811.
