Shiva Cement to consider preferential issue on Dec 16, 2009

Shiva Cement Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 16, 2009, inter alia, to consider issue of Equity Shares / Warrants on preferential basis for part funding of Capacity Expansion plan.

The Board will consider re-allocation and increase of Authorised Share Capital of the Company.

The Board will also consider appointment of Technical consultant for expansion project.

The stock was trading at Rs.10.91, down by Rs.0.31 or 2.76%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.11.54 and low of Rs.10.75.

The total traded quantity was 4391726 compared to 2 week average of 3075356.
