Core Projects approves allotment of 1 crore warrants

Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 08, 2009, approved the allotment of 1,00,00,000 warrants at an exercise price of Rs. 185 per warrant to Promoter Group to be exercised within 18 months period. Each warrant will entitle the warrant holder to hold one equity share of Rs. 2 each on exercise.

The stock closed the day at Rs.170.90, down by Rs.1.80 or 1.04%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.173.70 and low of Rs.168.25.

The total traded quantity was 443773 compared to 2 week average of 588145.
