Sri Adhikari Brothers to consider raising funds on Dec 11, 2009

Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 11, 2009, inter alia, to consider the raising of funds for the expansion plan of the Company & for general corporate purposes and also to consider the Employees Stock Option Plan.

The stock closed the day at Rs.40.05, up by Rs.6.65 or 19.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.40.05 and low of Rs.32.20.
