Nu Tek India to consider allotment of 15 lakh warrants on Dec 10, 2009

Nu Tek India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 10, 2009, inter alia, to consider the allotment of 15,00,000/- warrants convertible into equity at future date to Mr. Inder Sharma.

The stock closed the day at Rs.87.25, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.06%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.91.50 and low of Rs.86.15.
