Ganesh Polytex to raise Rs 14 crores

Ganesh Polytex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 27, 2009, has decided to issue further Share Capital upto an aggregate nominal value of Rs. 11.00 crores and convertible securities upto an aggregate nominal value of Rs. 3.00 crores in the near future by way of Preferential Allotment / Rights Issue / Public Issue / Private Placement / QIP etc.

The stock closed the day at Rs.21.25, up by Rs.0.80 or 3.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.21.40 and low of Rs.20.25.

The total traded quantity was 73159 compared to 2 week average of 71734.
