Educomp Solutions allots 8030 Shares

Educomp Solutions Ltd has announced that remuneration committee of the Company on December 01, 2009 has allotted 8,030 Equity Shares of the Company to the respective employees who have exercised their option under ESOP Scheme 2006 & ESOP Scheme 2007.

Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 18,97,97,380/- consisting of 9,48,98,690 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 18,98,13,440/- consisting of 9,49,06,720 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.756.80, down by Rs.2.15 or 0.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.768 and low of Rs.750.80.

The total traded quantity was 611892 compared to 2 week average of 728629.
