Aksh Optifibre to consider raising funds overseas on Nov 26, 2009

Aksh Optifibre Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 26, 2009, inter alia, to consider raising of funds from foreign markets through FCCBs or other convertible securities.

The stock closed the day at Rs.20.55, down by Rs.0.85 or 3.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.22.30 and low of Rs.20.40.

The total traded quantity was 83185 compared to 2 week average of 45208.
