Satyam Computer allots 111877 shares on Conversion of Stock Options

Satyam Computer Services Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of Directors of the Company allotted 111,877 equity shares under stock option plans of the Company.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 1,175,665,885 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 2,351,331,770.00 to 1,175,777,762 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 2,351,555,524.00.

The stock closed the day at Rs.101.65, down by Rs.1.95 or 1.88%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.105.75 and low of Rs.101.15.

The total traded quantity was 6722581 compared to 2 week average of 12728155.
