Kale Consultants allots 1095000 Warrants to Promoters on preferential basis

Kale Consultants Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 20, 2009, allotted warrants on preferential basis to promoters of the Company.

Narendra Harihar Kale was allotted 375,000 warrants, Vipul Prashad Jain was allotted 520,000 warrants and Nanda Narendra Kale was allotted 200,000 warrants.

Further the Company has informed that, 25% of the consideration determined in terms of Regulation 76 of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 has been paid by each of the allottees against each warrant before the allotment of the aforesaid warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.76.90, up by Rs.0.35 or 0.46%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.78.75 and low of Rs.76.

The total traded quantity was 27385 compared to 2 week average of 101482.
