Simbhaoli Sugars to issue 20 lakh shares

Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd has announced that the Allotment committee of the Board of Directors held on November 19, 2009, it was decided to issue 20,00,000 share warrants convertible into 20,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each in the share capital of the Company at a price of Rs. 71/- (including premium of Rs. 61/-) per equity share under the provisions of Chapter VII of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2009 for preferential issue subject to the approval of the members in the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.70.85, down by Rs.0.15 or 0.21%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.72 and low of Rs.68.55.

The total traded quantity was 62075 compared to 2 week average of 88305.
