Jyoti Structures allots 136900 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Options Scheme

Jyoti Structures Ltd has announced that Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors by Circulatory Resolution dated November 17, 2009 has allotted 1,36,900 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each arising out of Stock Options granted to the employees of the Company under Employees Stock Option Scheme.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 1,36,900 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 16,39,12,430 divided into 8,19,56,215 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.147.90, down by Rs.2.95 or 1.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.152.45 and low of Rs.147.10.

The total traded quantity was 27553 compared to 2 week average of 73849.
