Prraneta Industries allots 3 crore shares

Prraneta Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 17, 2009, has allotted 3,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each. The said allotment is on conversion of Convertible Equity Warrants which were allotted to the various allotees in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, held on April 21, 2009.
