HCL Infosystems allots 9025 equity shares

HCL Infosystems Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (Share Allotment) has on November 18, 2009 has allotted 9025 Equity Shares (1600 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each at a premium of Rs. 127.75 per share and 7425 Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each at a premium of Rs. 105.63 per share), to the employees on exercise of stock options under HCL Infosystems Ltd Employee Stock Option Scheme 2000, and Employee Stock Plan 2005.

The stock was trading at Rs.159, up by Rs.2.05 or 1.31%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.168.50 and low of Rs.154.40.

The total traded quantity was 9183 compared to 2 week average of 103834.
