Explicit Finance to consider preferential issue on Nov 17, 2009

Explicit Finance Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 17, 2009, inter alia, to consider increasing Authorized Capital of the Company.

The Board will decide on issuing shares to promoters and other select group on preferential basis and fix the date of Extra Ordinary General Meeting.
