Greycells Entertainment allots 2276215 shares

Greycells Entertainment Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Letter of Offer dated September 14, 2009, in respect of the rights issue of the Company and in accordance with the basis of allotment approved by the regulatory authority on November 06, 2009, the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held on November 09, 2009, allotted 22,76,215 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/ each to the shareholders of the Company as on book closure date and / or to their renounces, at a premium of Rs. 40/- per equity share, for an amount aggregating to Rs. 1138.11 Lakhs, on a rights basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.64.70, up by Rs.1.80 or 2.86%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.68 and low of Rs.63.

The total traded quantity was 4574 compared to 2 week average of 1723.
