Gruh Finance allots 15200 Shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Gruh Finance Ltd has announced that the Company on November 05, 2009, allotted 15,200 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees / directors.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 34,68,21,600 consisting 3,46,82,160 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.210.50, up by Rs.7.85 or 3.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.214.40 and low of Rs.202.

The total traded quantity was 13259 compared to 2 week average of 5576.
