Gemini Communication Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 16, 2009, inter alia, to discuss and fix the price of the Sponsored ADRs / GDRs and any other matter related to Sponsored GDRs or ADRs of the Company.
