Marg Ltd has announced that the Capital Issues and Allotment Committee of Directors have allotted 37,888 equity shares under "Employees Stock Option Plan 2006" in its meeting held on November 04, 2009 upon exercise by the employees for conversion of 37,888 options.

The stock closed the day at Rs.188, up by Rs.1.75 or 0.94%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.189.50 and low of Rs.180.20.
