DLF allots 61510 Equity Shares under ESOP

DLF Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors has allotted 61510 Equity Shares as detailed below upon exercise of Options by the employees under the Company's Employees Stock Options Scheme.

On October 07, 2009, 22,670 Equity Shares (face value of Rs. 2/- each) were allotted. On October 23, 2009, 34,280 Equity Shares (face value of Rs. 2/- each) were allotted and on November 02, 2009 4,560 Equity Shares (face value of Rs. 2/- each) were allotted.

The stock closed the day at Rs.336.55, down by Rs.33.45 or 9.04%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.367.70 and low of Rs.332.40.

The total traded quantity was 3392539 compared to 2 week average of 3702503.
