Arvind to raise upto Rs 250 crore

Arvind Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2009, inter alia, has approved an enabling resolution, subject to approval of the shareholders, for raising of funds for an amount upto Rs. 250 crores through issue of further securities in the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.34.05, up by Rs.0.30 or 0.89%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.35.20 and low of Rs.33.40.

The total traded quantity was 1084309 compared to 2 week average of 1098090.
