L&T allots 11286685 Shares under QIP

Larsen & Toubro Ltd (L&T) has announced that the Company has allotted 1,12,86,685 (One Crore Twelve Lakh Eighty Six Thousand Six Hundred and Eighty Five Only) Shares on October 15, 2009 under its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) Issue.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1694.65, up by Rs.3.15 or 0.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1707.90 and low of Rs.1632.35.

The total traded quantity was 407811 compared to 2 week average of 359101.
