Comp U Learn Tech India allots 35 lakh shares

Comp U Learn Tech India Ltd has announced that consequent to the exercise of conversion option by the holders of 35,00,000 convertible equity share warrants of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 7.50/- per warrant issued on April 16, 2008, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 15, 2009 have allotted 35,00,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- per equity share to the holders of 35,00,000 convertible warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.25.90, down by Rs.0.05 or 0.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.26.90 and low of Rs.24.70.

The total traded quantity was 350799 compared to 2 week average of 590428.
