Intense Technologies allots 6 lakh warrants to Bennett, Coleman & Co

Intense Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 13, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 6,00,000 Equity Warrants convertible into Equity Shares at price of Rs.30 (including a premium of Rs.20/-) per share to M/s. Bennett, Coleman & Co Ltd in accordance with SEBI Guidelines on Preferential Issues.

The stock was trading at Rs.14.28, up by Rs.0.68 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.14.28 and low of Rs.14.

The total traded quantity was 20810 compared to 2 week average of 22285.
