Omnitech InfoSolutions grants 226800 Stock Options

Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on October 06, 2009, have granted up to 2,26,800 stock options, convertible into equal number of fully paid-up equity shares of the Company to certain identified employees of the Company under "Omni Employees Stock Option Scheme 2009" framed in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme Guidelines, 1999. The Compensation Committee has authorized the Human Resources Department of the Company to ascertain the exact quantity of options to be granted to identified employees and thereafter, to complete all the formalities as may be required for effecting the grant of options.

As soon as, the exact quantity of options to be granted to identified employees is determined by the Human Resources Department of the Company, the same shall be duly intimated with all other relevant details.

The stock closed the day at Rs.137.50 down by Rs 5.50 or 3.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs 145.50 and intraday low of Rs 135.55.

The total traded quantity was 59282 compared to 2 week average of 301912.
