Shalimar Productions to consider GDR issue on Oct 12, 2009

Shalimar Productions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 12, 2009, inter alia, to discuss the issue and allotment of Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) upto USD 10 million.

The Board will also discuss the listing of GDRs with the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, Luxembourg.
