HDFC allots 59370 Shares pursuant to conversion of FCCBs

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation on October 06, 2009, has allotted 59,370 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to conversion of FCCBs by bondholders.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 284,96,48,320 consisting 28,49,64,832 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.2727.70, up by Rs.30.05 or 1.11%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2735.10 and low of Rs.2655.

The total traded quantity was 85273 compared to 2 week average of 113561.
